I just read this article on Yahoo and love reading that NO PAIN, NO GAIN is a myth!
I never liked pushing myself to the point where I hurt and it's so refreshing to know that what I'm doing IS beneficial! I don't need to be some tough warrior chick!! (Not that I was trying.)
Now to share with the world so people can work out and actually enjoy it, not dread it!
