Easy AM egg sandwich

My daughter LOVES eggs. Many mornings I make her an egg sandwich. It's the easiest thing to do so wanted to share how to do it without a frying pan.

Just scramble one egg and one tablespoon of water in a microwavable bowl.
Cook on high for about 45sec (adjust for your microwave)
(Water keeps the egg from sticking to the bowl so no oil necessary.)
I use a regular bowl from my daily set. The size is perfect for loaf bread.
Smaller bowls are great for mini bagels.
Add a cheese slice.
Transfer to warm toast.
The heat of the toast and egg will melt the cheese.
You can add deli ham, bacon, or sausage if you want too. I like egg, bacon, tomato & lettuce. :o)
