Meal idea

Here is an easy and healthy meal idea. I keep hamburger buns in the freezer and just pop them in the toaster to go with these tasty delights. They take less than 2 min in the microwave and you have a decent meal.

I have always loved veggie burgers! I know some ppl think they are gross but I think they're pretty good. I also have them on a low fat english muffin which is pretty good. Definitely a great low fat, easy lunch for me to make!
